The beach at GORRAN HAVEN is safe and clean to swim with clear, sparkling water, or if you would like a little walk then Vault beach or Bow beach has silvery sand and is almost one and quarter miles long "The Lost Gardens of Heligan" just 3 miles from Gorran Haven. Selected as the second most visited garden in the Country next to the R.H.S Although it may be said that the best time to visit these gardens are in the Spring we have visited them many times throughout the year and find them pleasing

There are numerous beautiful gardens which can be visited whilst staying at Horizon in the County such as Caerhays Castle gardens, Treba, Lanhydrock, Trelissick & Trerice Gardens
